Foresfield was founded to build a long-term investment holding company across selected areas of financial services and real assets.

Our model is based on a simple principle:

We believe strong businesses should remain close to their customers, employees, and markets. Foresfield focuses at the parent level on capital allocation, acquisitions, financing, governance, and long-term strategic development.

We intend to build Foresfield over time by acquiring and sponsoring businesses with durable economics and by reinvesting capital into opportunities where we believe it can compound most effectively.

Levar Haffoney is the Founder and Principal of Foresfield.

His background spans financial services, insurance, taxation, operations, and organizational management.

At Foresfield, he leads acquisition sourcing, underwriting, transaction structuring, capital formation, and strategic development.
